After you reach Lefkada town, follow the road towards Agios Nikitas village untill you reach
Tsoukalades village. (There are 2 roads leading there; one is wider and passes through
Apolpena village, the other one is narrower and passes through Fryni village). 

When you reach Tsoukalades, about 100m. from the village's cemetary (a big white wall on your left) turn right
to exit the main road , into the heart of the village.  [Sign #1] 

About 300m later, turn right again to follow the road that leads to Kaminia beach [Sign #2]. 
Follow that road all the way (for 1.5 km) , and you will reach the house.
