    Yes, we recommend having a car for easy access to beaches, villages and Lefkada Town.

  • How far is the nearest village and Lefkada Town?
    Tsoukalades village is approximately 1.8 km away, where you will find tavernas and small shops.
    Lefkada Town is approximately 8 km away and offers supermarkets, restaurants and shopping.

  • How can I get around without a car?
    We recommend having a car for the greatest flexibility during your stay.
    Taxis are available in Lefkada, mainly from Lefkada Town, and can be used for airport transfers or short trips.

  • How can I check availability and make a reservation?
    Please use our Request Availability form and enter your preferred dates and number of guests.
    We will confirm availability and send you a reservation offer by email.

  • What time is check-in and check-out?
    Check-in: 15:00 – 22:00
    Check-out: 07:00 – 11:00

  • Is the swimming pool private?
    Yes, each villa (except Cottage) has its own private swimming pool.

  • Is Wi-Fi available?
    Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in all villas.

​

  • Is there parking?
    Yes, private parking is available on site.

  • Are pets allowed?
    No, pets are not allowed.

​

  • Is smoking allowed?
    Smoking is not allowed inside the villas. Guests may smoke in outdoor areas.

  • Do you provide airport transfers?
    We can help arrange taxi or transfer services upon request.

  • Are the villas suitable for children?
    Yes, the villas are suitable for families. However, children should always be supervised, especially around the swimming pool.

  • No parties or events

  • Please treat the property and furnishings with care

  • Quiet hours should be respected, especially during late
    evening and night

  • Music and outdoor noise should be kept at a reasonable level
     

Pets
 

  • Pets are not allowed at Kaminia Blue Villas.
     

Pool Safety
 

  • Children must always be supervised by adults

  • No glass objects near the pool

  • Use the pool responsibly
     

Check-out
 

  • Please leave the villa in reasonable condition

  • Dispose of rubbish in the designated bins

  • Return keys as instructed

Pet Policy

For the comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed at Kaminia Blue Villas.

There are neighboring animals (cats and dogs) in the area, and we wish to avoid stress or conflicts between pets, as well as ensure a calm environment for everyone.
